Booking and Payment:

a. Reservations can be made online or at our office.
b. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
c. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
b. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

Tour Itinerary:

a. The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

Conduct and Safety:

a. Customers must follow the guide's instructions during the tour.
b. Seat belts must be worn at all times during the bus journey.
c. The Company is not liable for any injuries or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

Responsibility:

a. The Company is not responsible for any third-party services, activities, or accommodations during the tour.
b. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
